We were blown away when we opened the roller shutter, the view was a pure marvel!!! Thank you for the lovely attentions. The apartment is as in the photos and thank you to Yolanda for the various explanations!!!! We had a relaxing and quiet stay, the restaurants are not far away on foot. I will come back without hesitation!!!!

We spent a few days in this incredible accommodation! The view is magnificent and the apartment is tastefully done, with high-tech equipment. Yolanda always made herself available and with very clear instructions. We recommend 100% and we will come back with pleasure!

Appartment completely renovated with luxurious services. Avant-garde lighting system, colored lights in the bathroom, electronic shower, centralized control of electric shutters. Incredible view of the sea. Very nice terrace, and access to the sea is easy, even without shoes on the rocks. A little far on foot from the city, shops and the first restaurants (20 minutes). Too bad the swimming pool is closed in the early afternoon and in the evening from 8 p.m.

Yolanda is the best! She is very responsive and in the accommodation she thought of everything. The apartment is beautiful, decorated with great taste, it is super clean and it smells good. We feel really good. The view is magnificent! You can go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay in Rosas. The accommodation offered by Yolanda offers you a beautiful sea view from the balcony, a quality standard and facilities at the rendezvous. What a beautiful space! Totally redone, modern and very comfortable. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Walkable to Roses and GuaGua and highly recommend the drive over to Cadaques. It was a great central location to enjoy the Costa Brava.

I can't say enough about this beautiful corner penthouse apartment. Spent two weeks enjoying every moment there. It has clearly been very recently renovated and everything felt new from the custom cabinets in the massive walk-in closet to the appliances in the kitchen. If this unit was any closer to the Mediterranean it would be a boat. Also, perfect location as it is very close (easily walk) to downtown Roses, but far enough away that you aren't dealing with people/noise. Genuinely looking forward to returning soon.
