Very pleasant host, responsive and fluid communication. Very flexible on arrival and departure times because Yolanda lives in the Villa area a little far from Roses (30 minutes walk from the beach) but very quiet area, and easy to access. Supermarket 3 minutes away. The house is very well equipped (air conditioning in each room, 2 parking spaces). Recommended without hesitation.

Yolanda’s place was a gem. Great location, quiet and an easy trip into downtown Roses. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio and pool.

The outdoor area is amazing, with a BBQ and a swimming pool for a wonderful relaxing time outside. Beautiful outdoor lights. Highly enjoyed our stay. We were blown away when we opened the roller shutter, the view was a pure marvel!!! Thank you for the lovely attentions. The apartment is as in the photos and thank you to Yolanda for the various explanations!!!! We had a relaxing and quiet stay, the restaurants are not far away on foot. I will come back without hesitation!!!!

We loved it! Exactly what we were looking for. The photos show exactly what the apartment is like and the beautiful views it has. Quiet location and easy access (perfectly explained by Yolanda). Beach area and restaurants within walking distance. Whenever we have needed her, Yolanda has responded quickly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We spent a few days in this incredible accommodation! The view is magnificent and the apartment is tastefully done, with high-tech equipment. Yolanda always made herself available and with very clear instructions. We recommend 100% and we will come back with pleasure!

Accommodation with a wonderful terrace, well-equipped house with everything you need for your stay. It has a garage, which is necessary for travelling to other towns. The air conditioning helps a lot on hot days. Surroundings with many options.

Appartment completely renovated with luxurious services. Avant-garde lighting system, colored lights in the bathroom, electronic shower, centralized control of electric shutters. Incredible view of the sea. Very nice terrace, and access to the sea is easy, even without shoes on the rocks. A little far on foot from the city, shops and the first restaurants (20 minutes). Too bad the swimming pool is closed in the early afternoon and in the evening from 8 p.m.

Yolanda is the best! She is very responsive and in the accommodation she thought of everything. The apartment is beautiful, decorated with great taste, it is super clean and it smells good. We feel really good. The view is magnificent! You can go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend this accommodation.

What a beautiful space! Totally redone, modern and very comfortable. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Walkable to Roses and GuaGua and highly recommend the drive over to Cadaques. It was a great central location to enjoy the Costa Brava.

Yolanda was able to guide us to enter the apartment. Impeccable condition and very beautiful environment: breathtaking view of the sea and the bay of Rosas. Very beautiful walks nearby. The apartment was perfectly consistent with the photos on the site. Delicate attentions from Yolanda on arrival: bottles of water in the fridge, box of chocolates, instructions and other advice for a good stay. We recommend without reservation.

I can't say enough about this beautiful corner penthouse apartment. Spent two weeks enjoying every moment there. It has clearly been very recently renovated and everything felt new from the custom cabinets in the massive walk-in closet to the appliances in the kitchen. If this unit was any closer to the Mediterranean it would be a boat. Also, perfect location as it is very close (easily walk) to downtown Roses, but far enough away that you aren't dealing with people/noise. Genuinely looking forward to returning soon.

Casa Praga is really superbly equipped, it is very very clean. We had a great stay there with friends. The manager is available, very courteous and efficient. Without hesitation we will come back.

We liked the property inside and the amenities like washing machine

The house is located in a quiet street and impresses with its modern design. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, a large refrigerator with ice cube compartment and freezer compartment, a toaster, a microwave, sandwich maker and coffee machine. The outdoor area with a beautiful pool and a barbecue invites you to relax and celebrate. The very friendly hostess deserves special mention.

Practical and well maintained house!! Close to supermarkets and the centre of Roses with shops, restaurants etc. and the beach. Small pool to cool off in if necessary, but it is fine, so it is ideal for those who go out to explore the area.

A beautiful house, clean, spacious and comfortable with an outdoor space (barbecue, swimming pool, deckchair, garden furniture and table for eating outside) very well appointed with everything you need for a great holiday, all in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist hustle and bustle while being close to all amenities. Parking is ideal with a large garage that can hold two cars and a laundry room. We did not see the owner but communication was very easy and the owner always available and pleasant. We had a great stay.

The house has all the luxury of details. Super clean, very comfortable beds. The photos reflect the house as it is. We were 8 people and we were very comfortable.

The pool was divine. Really lovely to be able to float in it with that heat. It was big enough to fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers. You can also sit on the edge. For shade there is a nice lounge set under a canopy.

Friendly and quiet accommodation, in a place where you can do multiple activities.
Quiet location. The house is spacious and well laid out, and the garage allows you to park your vehicle safely, without having to search for hours for a place. The accommodation was clean, the air conditioning and the American fridge were appreciable. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. Communication with Yolanda is fluid and she answers your questions very quickly. The swimming pool is small, but sufficient to cool off. The outdoor area allows you to enjoy the good weather in complete tranquility. There are a lot of things to do in the surrounding area, whether cultural, sporting or other.

Very well located accommodation, clean and tastefully furnished. We had a very good stay, we recommend.

The rooms were very comfortable, the terrace was large and had plenty of space, the dining room was great for 6 people... everything was comfortable for a good stay.

It is a fantastic mansion for 6 people, or maximum, but not so good, for 8. A splendid kitchen, with a large garden and a very well-kept pool. Both Yolanda and Ibra took very good care of us.
